Germany loses for the first time under Nagelsmann: a bitter setback against Türkiye
After the DFB took an early lead through Kai Havertz (5th), Ferdi Kadioglu (38th) and Kenan Yildiz turned the game in Turkey’s favor shortly before half-time.

Havertz will probably defend Gosens (who is not in the team) at left back, a real surprise! Update November 18 at 8:30 am: One day before the international match against Turkey, national coach Julian Nagelsmann confirmed the first details about his lineup. Marc-André ter Stegen suffers from back problems and has already traveled back to Barcelona. Eintracht Frankfurt goalkeeper Kevin Trapp will play for him on Saturday.
Nagelsmann also explains that Bayern star Joshua Kimmich will not play as a right back, but in the sixth position in midfield. Benjamin Henrichs and David Raum could then be used in the full-back positions. The opening match in Berlin will be today at 8:45 p.m.
