Miu Miu is the most popular fashion brand in the world! The Italian luxury brand reached number 1 in the current Lyst index.
The ranking is compiled every three months by the British search engine Lyst. To determine the most searched brands and products in the world of fashion, the search and purchasing behavior of our own users, activities on social networks and Internet searches are analyzed.
Congratulations! And since Miu Miu currently holds the top spot, it’s no surprise that a fashion item from the brand is included in Lyst’s “Most Popular Products” ranking. A gray cashmere cardigan with the Miu Miu logo ranks second among the most searched products in recent months (behind Maison Margiela’s Tabi Mary Jane pumps).

Seemingly calm and reserved, but still very elegant and high quality, the designer brand’s cardigan is in the absolute trend color gray. The single-knit garment has a short, narrow cut, a subtle button placket and contrast rib knit cuffs at the crew neck, cuffs and hem. This means it embodies the quintessential modern granny look.
Good piece! Unfortunately, this elegant cashmere cardigan costs an impressive 1,250 euros. It’s also cheaper, we think. We look at C&A and I found a model* that looks as chic and elegant as the Miu Miu cardigan.
This C&A cardigan looks really elegant
It is true that the cardigan we found in the C&A store does not look very similar to the one from Miu Miu, but it is at least as pretty.
The C&A cardigan is also fitted and short cut, but is available in a lighter gray shade and has a V-neck. Unfortunately, we searched in vain for a comparable piece with a crew neck in the store. It doesn’t matter anyway. After all, the V-neckline has a tightening effect and makes us look slimmer.
Instead of cashmere, the cardigan is made of very fine merino wool, which of course is ultimately reflected in the price. For 39.99 euros, the garment is a bargain, unlike Miu Miu’s It-Piece.
If you can’t get used to the trendy gray color, you can also get the C&A merino wool cardigan in other colors. You can choose between dark blue, purple, dark green and black.
The cardigan can be combined in many ways
TO gray knit cardigan*fits many different styles. As a simple basic, you can combine it with jeans and pants as well as with skirts and dresses.
With jeans, sneakers and a pilot jacket you can create a look with a sporty and casual touch. An elegant office look is created in combination with a sheath dress and boots. Buttoned, the garment always looks more elegant and strict than if it is left open, for example when combined with a basic white shirt.
